Shipping
All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (£14.50), or you can collect your shoes from our workshop in Moretonhampstead if you’d prefer.
Every pair is made by hand in our Dartmoor workshop, one step at a time. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll be in touch to confirm an estimated delivery date and keep you updated on progress.
Our usual lead time is around 6 to 8 weeks, although custom orders may take a little longer.
Returns
Shoes ordered in our standard sizes and colours can be returned for an exchange or refund, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition within 14 days of receipt.
As each custom order is made to your individual requirements, we are unable to accept returns on bespoke or customised footwear. If you are unsure about sizing before ordering, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.
In the event that we feel we are unable to fulfil the specific requirements of an order, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund.
For workshop bookings, you can only change a booking date once. If you cancel your booking with less than two weeks notice, your deposit is non-refundable.
